Great Chairs, A Little Tricky To Assemble

These chairs were inexpensive, especially for what we got! They're well padded and comfortable. The chairs are way better than the 'padded with a glorified piece of carpet' style of chair one may get at a Sam's or a similar retailer, yet similar in cost. They arrived amazingly quickly, ordered on Thursday afternoon, arrived the next Tuesday! The only difficulty was assembly. You're supposed to align the top of the chair-back posts with a barely visible marking on the padded chair back, then drill through the six holes in the metal posts directly into the plain unmarked back of the chair. No guide holes are in the chair back, no markings for where the screws should go, and only barely visible markings to show where the top of the posts should align on the chair. We figured it out eventually, and got into a rhythm, but we had a few that were a bit off at the beginning. Other than the assembly issues, they are great chairs and are serving us very well!

Great product and the cushion is holding up so far. One issue is that the angle is slightly to far back causing it to be a bit of an issue when used for meetings.

First Experience

The ordering process was seamless. Shipment came earlier than expected which is sweet. I'm giving it a 3 star because the assembly leaves MUCH to be desired. It's not rocket science but you have to go strictly by eye, and with a larger order it's a pain. Early comments are that they are too hard and don't have enough padding. Maybe they will "break in." As for durability, we'll wait and see. Chair matches the price.

Nice Chairs

We love the look of the chairs, and our volunteers who were handy with drills thought screwing on the backs was pretty easy. We were missing screws for several chairs though. We also had to do a little trial and error for the ganging brackets. There was no mention of them on the instructions, and since the chairs are shipped with the brackets flush with the frame, we had to experiment to see how far out to place them.
