I should have bought this chair years ago. I now have a proper chair at home to practice my tuba for community band.

Students are out for summer; so the jury's still out for how these will stack up (no pun intended) next to "more expensive option" in regards to durability. But . . . If looks have anything to do with it, I am quite impressed. The materials and workmanship seem to be of good quality. Legs and frame are made of welded metal that is painted a flat black. The back of the chair sits a smidge taller than the ones that come from the big "W," but it's very tolerable. They stack very nicely and i find them to be a wonderful alternative to spending 1K for some replacement chairs in your band room from the name brand co.
These chairs are perfect for our needs. Specifically, our cello instructor requested new chairs. She was VERY satisfied with these. Ordering was easy, I felt the price was good, shipping cost was fair & they arrived quickly & in perfect condition.
I didn't see them; they were sent to my friends, but they confirmed the chairs work well, especially for their cellist son. We will be using them for concerts this summer as a string ensemble at music camp.
Fast shipping!! We had been sitting on cafeteria chairs and these are great. The only problem with them is what others have said, why is the plastic screwed into the chair. Very hard to take off.
Chairs are great. They are sturdy and strong. we bought 40 of these chairs. I would have given 5 stars but the plastic on the chairs are so difficult to pull it out. It was all screwed to the chair. I took almost 5 hours to pull out the plastic. It would be great if it is not screwed to the chairs.
