If you need a multitool because you work with machines you always need a tool handy but you dont like a big hefty multitool it might be for you. it has all the right tools and some more, you can carry any bits with you and it will hold them when is closed. very neat feature well done sog.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used the flat head maybe 5 to 8 times and broke it on an adjustable tightening band for a hose. It wasn't even and extreme amout of torque. No other complaints.

Very Bad Quality

I got this tool, and it is very bad quality, the blade and some parts are rusty, and the jewelry driver has snapped. The tool is very bad. The only good thing about it is the design.

I've had this multitool for 4 months now and it's great. The opening mechanism is so smooth, it's a joy to operate. The lock can be easily operated with one hand and all of the tools can be accessed from the outside. It even comes with a pocket clip which is nice if you don't want to deal with wearing a sheath on a belt. I hope this model is around for a long time!

Being a "live music audio engineer" for 30 years, I've used EVERY multi-tool out there... SOG, by far gives me THE MOST FLEXIBILITY as far as number of USEFUL tools per multi-tool. THE HIGHEST QUALITY multi-tool available, (at any price), THE MOST OPTIONS for a multi-tool per applicable task, and THE MOST VALUE for cost vs what you're getting! This little PP1001-CP fits perfectly in any pocket that I have handy, yet gives me the flexibility of 18 tools with the performance of the big boys! I love, Love, LOVE it! May I add... Ya just can't go wrong with SOG! They're one of the few companies that just won't sacrifice quality for their bottom line! Thank you SOG for the best quality and prices vs any of your competitors!
God bless and take care...

I spoke earlier in the year at the Outdoor Retailer show with a SOG rep. I was so impressed with her knowledge and kindness I outfitted the Field to Grill crew with SOG!!!
