Right out of the box the handles were tweaked in the closed position. Not really sure how I feel about the quality. I’ll give this tool a fair shake and carry it. But I feel sog has to up their game on quality control. This is my first sog multi tool by the way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had two of these loved the first one but lost it. Bought a second had it 2 weeks used the pliers one time and the little pins holding it together broke immediately not impressed at all. Very disappointed. Hopefully covered under the lifetime warranty seriously doubt it as the warranty has a lot of fine print. Will never buy again if not covered. What a joke.

Sorry for the trauma with this multi-tool. Shouldn't be a problem to warranty as long as the tool wasn't abused. Fill out a warranty claim or contact our customer service team and lets see if we can fix you up.
I always have one of these in my pocket because it’s small enough to be comfortable, and I use it almost every day. I have given 3 out as gifts to friends and family. It’s a useful, durable tool.

A great concept with poor execution. Yes, the Powerpint has an impressively small form factor, but it falls short of greatness with cheap construction and a few tools unfit for purpose.
