I bought the ParaShears recently and although I haven't had to really use them yet. I am very pleased w/the product. It will take me awhile to learn and quickly utilize all of the features (eg. I couldn't find the flat screwdriver but was able to use the tip of the shears to remove some quarter-turn fasteners). I have already reduced the tools I carry.

Useful enough for everyday carry. I get these out before I do my pocket knife now.
The only complaint that I have is that when carried closed the gears stick out of the bottom of the case. Not very comfortable on the fingers when digging into a pocket. Still love them and they pair great with my SOG fixed blade.

I bought these to go in my emergency kit for my vehicle. They are super light weight, fold up nicely and are workhorses. They cust well and fit in your hand well.

Lightweight and easy to use. Just what I needed. Easier to carry on my scrubs than the Leatherman Raptor due to lesser weight. Trauma Shear works very well. The folding tools are much appreciated. I can go from Respiratory Therapy scrubs to EMS uniform with this baby as it is designed for use in pre-hospital as well as in-facility care. The tweezers are also a welcome surprise and the glass-breaker is situated perfectly for use when deployed. This tool is worth every penny I paid for it.
