The file’s grooves are shallow. Workmanship is very poor. The whole thing looks cheap and light unlike my old SOGs. Sorry I just felt disappointed.

Tool good, Sheath SUCKS!

I am now buying my THIRD SOG multi-tool, as both the previous two have fallen out of the poor quality sheath and disappeared. The bits fell out of the shesth and were lost the first day I wore it!
Hey SOG: Why are you making the best multi-tools and knives and putting them in GARBAGE sheaths?

I purchaced a set of the most updated pliers an noticed several differences between the power pliers I purchased in 1997 and the pliers I purchaced 2 months ago. The newer ones seem less sturdy and do not work as smooth as it’s older counterpart. The tool seems be less comfortable in the hand and can tend hurt the palm when attempting to use for longer them several minute in certain applications. The knife appears to be thinner and does not appear to be as sturdy. Over all the tool is a great buy and I will always buy SOG.

Great Multitool….meh sheath

Got this for Christmas, and the multitool is awesome. The bit kit it comes with is great and you can swap out the bits for whatever you need, but the sheath itself kinda sucks. Got it brand new for Christmas, and two days later it’s barely gripping. The velcro should be swapped for a button or just a better quality velcro

Worth every penny, and tough as nails

I got it because I had a camping trip coming up, and I swear I use it more now than I did on the trip. I carry it with me on my belt while I'm working, and I find myself reaching for it more often than not. Outstanding piece of kit.

I've had my knife for about a month now and I use it on a daily basis. The knife is quality made however, the belt sheath is junk. It's already coming apart. Last SOG I had was still holding strong but was stolen. The sheath on that one was great and better made.

I really love the multi tool, but the sheath could be improved. I am going to buy a leather sheath if I can find one that fits, but I will still have to carry the bits in my pocket.
