Excellent service but the application fo a warranty claim was slower and more complicated than I expected. Identical to my previous purchase but seems to work better.
Its good I just worey if i dont use it everyday then its not going to work or turn on like the last one i had. When a coffee maker isnt used after a certain amount of time it will not work i noticed in a lot of coffee makers.
This machine is everything I needed it to be, but it only lasted 3 months before I needed to contact Keurig to replace the machine because it just died while trying to run a descale cycle. The tech I spoke with said it seems the thermostat had burnt out. 😩
It's working alright so far. I was kinda disappointed i didn't receive any free coffee pods with it like when i purchased the new one. I also learned the replacement doesn't have a warranty.
