Lid doesn't close all the way

The lid doesn't close all the way when a pod is in place. More than usual grounds in my coffee.

I really like this model - simpler and less that can go wrong. I suggest taking care of it according to the company cleaning recommendation and using Keurig chemicals so it will last longer.
