I own two Keurig Supreme coffee pots. Both keurig have needed to be replaced after two years. We live six months in each place so I really only use the keurig for six months each year. I dont want to replace them again so will have to consider another brand in the future. I am not a happy Keurig owner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I must congratulate the Keurig company on their excellent warranty Department. We had a K-Supreme coffeemaker that was only 4 months old. For some unknown reason it completely stopped working right before Christmas. I called the Keurig help line and it was determined that it couldn’t be repaired. With 15 coming for Christmas dinner I really needed a working coffee maker. I was absolutely amazed that my new warranty replacement coffeemaker arrived in time for our Christmas celebration. They must have put a rush on this shipment because it only took three days from the time I first contacted them. Thank you Keurig for having such an efficient warranty department!
