I am disappointed there is no auto on and off. The information on what is available on the coffee servers is not complete enough. The coffee comes out very slowly

after buying this one will never buy another one. was doing a descale and it shut off..dead when it was brewing coffee it would drain electricity so much much my refridgerator lights would pulse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I went through 2 keurig machines already through the years. I have to have my coffee before I get out of bed so it sits right on my bedstand. My old ones whined 24/7 so I had to keep the machine unplugged. But my new one lets me make cup after cup without refilling the reservoir. I am so happy with this. My only worry is that the reservoir I take out to refill is made for thin cheap plastic and I can see it cracking in not too long. Hope it doesn't though.
This is a really attractive and efficient model. I like the clear reservoir with a handle -- they make refilling so easy! I do wish that the lid could remain flat after placing the K-cup and lowering it -- but it's purely a cosmetic concern and it's only while there's a K-cup in the unit. I definitely recommend it -- I have the Silver Sage (it adds a nice spot of color in my black and blue-gray kitchen.
