Amazing phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from an S21 Ultra to the S25 Ultra and all I can say is AMAZING! The addition of AI has been a game changer with everything that I use my phone for. These aren't really.ohones, they're handheld gateways to everything, from cloud back-ups to online shopping, to the suggestions by AI, instant translation via my Galaxy Buds and the integration of Samsung health and my Galaxy watch... this device does it all! I recently found my first Android phone, the Motorola (sorry Samsung) Droid... it seems like a relic from long ago. I can't wait to see what features await me when I upgrade in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a lot of the S25 ultra features - cameras are great and the processor is still doing well after a year. The one place that there is minor complaint is the removal of Bluetooth from the stylus pen - I wish it still had that for some of the features I miss. All in all, happy with my phone.

One of my favorite features is the built-in Google AI integration. I use it constantly to summarize emails and notes, help draft messages faster, organize my thoughts, and quickly search or circle items on my screen without switching apps.
As someone who manages a busy schedule, the AI tools save me time throughout the day. I can multitask more efficiently, keep up with work communication, and handle personal tasks all from one device. The camera quality is incredible, the battery lasts all day, and the screen is perfect for watching videos, reading documents, and working on the go.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra feels less like just a phone and more like a personal assistant that helps simplify my everyday life.

I Expected More.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Samsung phones all the way back to the very first Galaxy. The Samsung Galaxy with the 2Gb chip that had Avatar on it was my first smartphone. I've had a phone with S pen all the way back to the S20 Ultra. I do like my S25 Ultra. I only give 3 stars because the updates have messed with my settings over the 18 months or so. When I push the volume down button all the way, the phone stays in vibrate. In order to mute it completely for sleep time, I have to do a 5 touch process using settings. My battery life with its notification bar icon is erratic and often unreliable. This seems to have become worse since the advent of the S 26 series. This S 25 Ultra is the first phone that I've used to access Galaxy AI. In fact, I've never used any AI until the last 4 months or so. I have found Galaxy AI to be very helpful for researching information. I am using Galaxy AI more frequently every day. The battery drains faster than the S24 Ultra.
The stylus fell out and the phone is ALWAYS looking for it. In 12+ models starting with the Note, the stylus has never just fell out on its own.
Pictures are blurry, yes the lenses are clean, the protective case used has a sliding lense cover.
Ill be trading this in asap.
