Huge upgrade from competitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time Android user that formerly had a few earlier models but wasn't into the UI. This has changed with the newer UI being way more intuitive and it pairs great with my Galaxy Watch adding new features I couldn't access before. The Galaxy AI features added with this series help navigate the phone, but also to guide simple things your normally do making for a very streamlined experience. The battery life is fantastic as it gets you well over a day, and that's with fairly heavy consistent use. I'm more using it for apps, calls, texts, photos, videos etc than gaming so I will note that. When I have played a few games it was very response and still kept great battery life without getting hot either. The phone is light yet has enough weight to know it's solid and quality rather than some more plastic heavy phones. The photos and audio are quite good, I was surprised how well the speakers sound out of it to be honest. The only complaint I could really give is tied to some older features that many phones lack now, namely the headphone jack. Sure you can always use wireless earbuds, but audiophile and musicians alike know there is ZERO substitute for wires and when I have $$$$ In Ear Monitors I want to be able to use them with my phone. Other than that it'd be the ability to use a micro-sd card because things stored on cloud don't do toy any good when you are in areas with no service. Raw files for photo, video, and music are HUGE and take up a lot of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone has everything you need as your main phone and connection to the internet. The screen has a very good resolution for seeing detailed screens and videos.
The camera is very good for taking photos of family or locations on trips. It is very good in low light situations.
The storage is adequate and I loved getting double memory.
Galaxy AI is very easy to use and does a good job of going in depth on finding solutions to issues or even modifying photos to remove unexpected additions.

Love my Samsung 25 Ultra

When they stopped making that particular one I went back to my beloved Samsung and even talked him into it. Now he loves his too.
We use our phones for everything! Work, GPS, banking, playing games, watching videos or movies. I also take a ton of pictures.
I am horribly addicted to AI so I use it for everything I can. It drives my husband crazy. AI has saved me time and money.
I absolutely love my Samsung phones and won't switch to anything else.
The smarter the phones get and the more functions they have the more I love them. I would be completely lost without my phone.
