[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved the ultra because of the features the s pen provided but the galaxy s25 ultra completely ruined that by removing the air commands. I used to LOVE being able to use my s pen... the only reason I rated this phone 2 stars instead of one is bc of the camera and AI picture and video options.. samsungs failure to utilize the S pen has made the ultra a complete failure bc its now just an over priced version of the galaxy plus.

Useless S pen on the ultra 25

I purchased the Galaxy S24 Ultra (or S25 Ultra) expecting full use of the S Pen—including the remote camera shutter function (press the S Pen button to take a photo while holding the phone at a distance). For previous models this worked well. For example, Samsung’s official documentation for the S24 Ultra states that you can set the S Pen button as “Take picture” under Settings → Advanced features → S Pen → Air actions.
However, with the S25 Ultra (and apparently future models), the S Pen no longer supports the Bluetooth/remote shutter function. Samsung themselves confirm the new S Pen is non-Bluetooth enabled and does not support the remote photo shutter feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Voicemail.

I cannot stand the voice mail. It takes you 10 minutes to listen to your voice mails. It reads off times and data, AND spells out the phone number AND tells you how long the message. All of which you will know if you could just listen to your voice mail without a 10 minute prompt.

Worth the trade-in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitate to trade in my S22 Ultra for the the S25 ultra. But due to the sale and trade in offer I couldn't refuse. I am very glad as the phone does everything the S22 could but better, faster, and more crisp. The galaxy Ai is something I use many times a day. Any question that comes to my mind I just hold my side button and ask. They say the most successful people will be the ones who use AI the best. Overall very pleased with the S25 Ultra and look forward to any future updates. It is a very capable phone.
I have had no issues with my phone. The only downside is most of the samsung apps cannot be Uninstalled, and the fact that the stylus is considered an accessory and as a result does not come with a warrenty.
I love the phone but I been have little problems with my phone for some reason I have to restart my phone cause is keep having these little glitches can someone call me about my device

Everytime i buy a new phone it costs more and delivers less. They took the Bluetooth out if the S Pen. First they took my ability to change a battery, then they took the headphone jack, then the sd card slot. That's it. I'm done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stupidest thing that Samsung could've done is remove the Bluetooth feature from the SPen. As a content creator, that's the sole reason I buy the Ultra. Will be replacing.
