[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a big fan of Samsung phone since the s9. You can do so much with the s series, obviously feature and hidden feature. I love how the phone feels in your hand. Some phones are just to big and feels like im getting arthritis just using it. I love the how the screen looks also. Most of all its compatible with Samsung tv's😍.

Disappointing

This phone has been a complete disappointment. I cant charge using the USB port, because the phone claims the port is wet. It is not. The phone sits on my desk in my home office most of the time.
Having to constantly charge on a wireless pad, which is much slower, because the phone wont let me use my usb makes me never want to get another Galaxy again.
Do better Samsung. I am stuck with this phone for 22 more months and have to deal with your failure.
There are other issues, but this is far and above all the other issues with this phone.
