Warranty void for water damage

Phone worked ok for about 2 months until the phone got hot and the screen went white one day so I took it in under warranty repair, which was denied claiming that the phone had water damage. Phone was never submerged in water and they claim its waterproof up to 15 meters under water. The Liquid Damage Indicator strip didnt even turn pink. Ive been a loyal Samsung customer for as long as I can remember but after this experience I think its time to go somewhere that appreciates my business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One Year With My S25 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous phone, a S20+ since 2019 and I had decided that it was time for an upgrade. I chose to buy the S25 Ultra for my upgrade, and it was genuinely one of the best decisions I could have made.
I needed a phone that could handle my work tasks. Something could handle several files, switching between apps constantly, and physically sturdy. The S25 Ultra is a bit on the bigger side but the screen is perfect for someone like myself who doesn't have the best eyesight in the world. I am a tad but clumsy and I've dropped the phone a couple times, both with and without a case or screen protector, and not even a scratch was made.
This phone is sturdy and perfect for someone who does a lot of work through their phone.
My only complaint is that it gets warm while scrolling through SNS apps like TikTok and Instagram even when I don't have other apps open at the same time.
Aside from the phone getting warm in these situations. I have zero complaints and love my phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that I don't even use my laptop anymore since I've retired and upgraded to my S25 Ultra. I do everything I need to do on my phone including printing, paying bills and even spreadsheets that aren't too complex. I do wish the phone was slightly smaller in height so it fit better into pockets and certain purses. I know that is cosmetic minutiae but it is my " if I could have everything " list. Technically I am very happy with all my Samsung products. I also have a Samsung Watch 7.

Best phone ever!

Plus I get the included S-pen to use for writing, taking pictures and multiple other functions. Overall, best purchase. Photo capabilities are amazing. My moon photos are so close and clear!!! Love It!

Versatile and Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to journal and take notes as well as edit pictures and create images and use apps for nighttime. Sky viewing. Take photos, input my choices, and make commands via touchscreen with the built-in stylus or a finger or I can go hands free and do most things with my voice. The previous it's very important to me because I have to alternate often sight and arthritic issues. But most of all, keeping connected with my friends and family is important to me and this is why I chose the Samsung S25 Ultra? It's versatile and user-friendly, making tasks and connecting simple. It has allowed me to return to many things that I thought I was never gonna be able to do again on my own, which inspired me to try new things and reach new goals.

Excellent device!!

I had an accident with my last device so I had to do a sudden change and let me tell you, I was excited that I did. Everything runs smoothly fit comfortable in my hand. The color options great, I chose the light blue. Not a single issue. I would definitely recommend as Samsung never tends to disappoint me in the 10+ years that I've owned Samsung devices.

25 Ultra Best Reliable Phone

When I got the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and started to get to use the feature. The phone smooth of it video and how great you can watch a full screen. Pen is nice working with different appliances or taking notes, slick of button on it can use with camera. Camera take gorgeous pictures and real close up. Battery life is very nice and it last good. Got no problem with it slowing down or locking up with apps or wifi using. To put right to it!! The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is one of the best phone Samsung made.
