[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helps with all my Ai needs at work. I can easily take voice notes and it will transcribe it. Picture quality is amazing for when im outside enjoying nature . My battery life last through my busy day . I definitely love my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been a blessing. There are so many bells and whistles to the phone it makes accessibility easy. One of my favorite features is the galaxy Ai. It helps find information, rewrite paragraphs, and edit pictures.
The other bonus to this device is the camera and its abilities. There are so many ways to edit photos, capture certain items, and collect memories.

Like split screen and pop-ups. Useful for a multitasking. The batter life is incredible and so many features to conserve energy. This is software done right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my phone for things like social media, pictures, games, calendar, and Samsung Pay. I occasionally use Galaxy AI for photo editing. I love being able to erase things in the background and have the AI fill in the blanks to make it look cohesive. The camera quality is great if you know how to tweak the settings, but the zoom can get a little grainy. I wish I would have gone with the Ultra model instead of the + model, just for that little bit of a boost in photo quality. But I'm still very happy with my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able enable the third camera lens for higher pixel pictures. They came out much clearer even after they were shared between different IOS platforms. The AI features have learn my preferences and has made shopping much faster and easier.

Worst Samsung phone I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded last year from S8. I've always loved Samsung phones, but if this model is the new norm, it's gone downhill significantly. First of all Galaxy AI takes up so much of the memory that this was barely an upgrade at all in terms of storage. 2nd, after a year of use, I'm experiencing issues with the battery, OS freezing up, and even got a blue screen of death a few weeks ago which thankfully went away but worries me in terms of longevity. I'm not someone who wants to buy a new phone every year. I take care of my phones and expect to get at least 5 years of use out of them but I'm doubtful this will last that long. The only real upgrades are that the apps that were no longer working on S8 work on this one and the camera is pretty great... I do actually like the Galaxy AI photo enhancement. Just wish it wasn't eating so much memory.
