Dinosaur with interchangeable mouths

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was excited when he opened the box. He loves dinosaurs. He assembled the toy and it was able to be done easily. There are two mouth pieces that you can choose from. One is an open mouth and the other is a closed mouth.They come off and can be put on with ease. The arms, legs, head, and tail move. It held his attention for a little while but then was put aside. He made a little playset with other items and then played with it longer. It is nice to display on a shelf too. We received it in a timely manner. We enjoy toys made by Mattel. Dinosaurs will always be a favorite in our house. The one thing he was disappointed about was that it didn't make noise.

Outstanding articulation and pose ability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I have really enjoyed playing with the new Hammond Collection Dryosaurus over the past week. What sets this figure apart from the other Jurrasic lines is the multiple points of articulation. It really adds another element of playability being able to pose the figure in different scenarios. Also love the detail that has gone into the skin which makes the texture much more authentic looking. The figure comes with both a closed and opened mouth that detaches. While i love the concept i'm afraid I've already lost one of the pieces. Overall i think a great looking toy which is highly posable and more authentic looking than I've seen yet

This you is a perfect addition to the rest of the Hammond collection. The only negative feature about the toy is that does not stand so easily by itself.

Not super durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice toy but the tip of the tail broke off within a couple of days. There’s also a second piece to change the mouth but no instructions on how to change it out. All in all my 6yr old likes it. He’s been having a good time pretending with it.

One of my favorites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dryosaurus from Jurassic world is adorable. I’d perfect for collector, to imagine play or just display. This dinosaur is so articulated making him one of a kind specially when displaying it you can pose the dino as you like because all the articulation this toy has.
I love displaying this toy in my sons collection, but I see my son taking him with him for car rides and playing with it aso much. The colors gray, blue and green on the dinosaur are beautiful and they blend in with the Dino era. I love the mouth you can remove the jaw to open and close it for a more realistic adventure.
I’m very happy with this toy and how it blend in with the Hammond collection line.

Detailed Dinosaur Figure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because its color goes well with plants, this dinosaur figure is a lot of fun to play with outside. It can be used for both pretend play and sneaky games. Overall, the sculpting and painting are excellent, especially on the eyes. Although I prefer the earlier glass-eye style used in this collection, this figure's painted eyes are still very expressive and detailed. One problem is the shape of the mouth. It feels a little off when you play because the mouth is just a swap-out piece and doesn't move around. It is easy to see the distinction between them, and the marked jawline makes it clear where the mouthpiece goes. Despite this, the figure is strong, poseable, and fun to use in different ways during play.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dinosaur collection at the best

Engaging Dryosaurs with Great Play Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hammond Collection Dryosaurus figure is a fun and engaging dinosaur to play with. The articulated limbs are easy to maneuver and allow for a variety of poses. The main challenge is keeping the dinosaur standing on its own, as the leg and foot positioning combined with the long tail can make balancing tricky. However, this does not significantly take away from the overall play experience. One of the most entertaining features is the interchangeable mouths, which allow the figure to switch between a closed expression and an open mouth with visible teeth. An age-appropriate child found this feature especially amusing and jokingly referred to it as the “lipstick” dinosaur when the mouth was closed. This figure is a great addition to a growing collection of dinosaur toys, and the improved articulation and poseability show how much the line continues to evolve with each new release.
