Sorry that you had trouble printing. We recommend checking that the Scale is set to 100 or Actual Size and that you can select a 8.5 x 11 page size in your printer dialog. Also, selecting a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight can help the printer with feeding the sheet. The template for this is way off. I've had to mess with it a ton and it still doesn't work great. I would love to see an updated template for these.

Hello, thank you for your review. My apologies that these sheets are not printing out correctly for you, I am not sure why these are misaligned. When printing from avery.com/dpo, the template should generate as a pdf when you are ready to print. From the pdf Printer Settings, the page size is Letter, and the scale should be set to Custom 100%. I would also see if your printer has a Labels paper setting, to help the printer grab the paper correctly.
