I ordered so many sheets from them and not able to even use any as the designs were never aligned with the circles. Before printing, the design looks in place until I printed. The top rows would be out of place and the bottom rows were worse—my designs are completely off the border. I was extremely dissatisfied as I expected to use them for my products, not so many are wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So sorry that you had trouble printing. We do have some settings we would recommend checking that may help with printing. When you go to print, we recommend checking that the Scale is set to 100% and that the page size is set to 8.5 x 11. Also, we would recommend selecting a thicker paper type, such as Label or Heavyweight. This can help the printer with feeding the sheet. All off-center

I'm sure the labels themselves are fine. It's the template that stinks. Using the downloaded template for MS Word, the only label I get with text correctly centered is in the dead center of the page. Every other label is off center. Why is it so hard to make a template that matches the page?

Hello, I am so sorry that you had an alignment issue while using our labels template. Some tips I have found helpful to print in alignment is to first keep the image within the safety area, and the background to the bleed. Next, check the PDF Printer Settings. With these labels, the Page Size should be set to Letter/8.5x11" and the scale should be Custom 100%. Another tip is to check if your printer has a Labels paper setting, as this can help your printer grab the paper correctly. Prints Double Circles SIGNIFICANTLY Off-Center

i had a simple graphic .. Roundel of Eastern Command for United Kingdom .. its a dark blue circle with a light blue circle in the center .. that's the whole graphic .. you printed it significantly off-center .. so when you peel the sticker it looks like a dark blue crescent moon with the rest a light blue color .. the image was perfect dimensions .. the image as shown on the order form was perfect .. the print was significantly off-center
