Sorry to hear you are having trouble printing your labels. We have a few settings we would recommend checking. Make sure that the Scale is set to 100 or Actual Size is selected on the print dialog and check that the page size is set to 8.5" x 11" or US Letter. Also, selecting a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight in the printer settings can help the printer with feeding the label sheet more accurately.
