I love these labels. Had them for a while, but each time I printed them they worked fine. Can fit a lot of information on them. Never smeared. Stay put. Ordering more!

Hello Christina, thank you for your review. I am so sorry that these labels are printing misaligned. Some tips I have found helpful is to first keep the image within the safety area, and the background to the bleed. Next, when you open the PDF, the Page Size should be set to Letter or 8.5x11" and the scale should be Custom 100%. Another tip is to check if your printer has a Labels or Matte Photo paper setting, as this can help your printer grab the paper correctly. If you need additional assistance, we are happy to help. The labels worked fine. However, the template did not. I pulled it into Microsoft Word then formatted it for size 48 font. When I printed, the text on the labels gradually shifted until the eighth label on the page, the text was partially off the label. I messed with it for a couple of hours before it was acceptable.
