Worst pool cover ever!

We bought this last year for grandson. The problems with the cover are as follows:the quarter sized hold allow the rubbery cove to get sucked down into the pool, also allows dirt I to pool. Has torn in two places. The only way to keep it out of the water is to put large floaty devices under it. I feel the company should replace them with a stiff fabric that has clips that clip around each vertical frame pole. With no holes on top. Where they live is the desert and windy. We have bought several pools over the years and never had this kind of problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the pool cover. Your feedback is important, and we understand how frustrating this must be. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
This cover has deliberate manufactured quarter sized holes all over it (approximately 18 and which are not pictured in the product profile) which cause any dirt and debris to wash into the pool with every rain and allow pool water to leak to the top of the cover. The product picture seems to indicate a stretchy material that fits taut across the pool but in reality it is a thin, easily torn vinyl with a drawstring around the perimeter. Once I patched the holes with duct tape on both sides it is at least useable but definitely sub standard product.
This cover functions as expected. It is manageable by one person, but two people will have a MUCH easier time of putting it on or off. We find it very unlikely to get the taut look of the illustration; the drain holes in the cover let some water through over the top of the cover. Still, it keeps debris from entering the pool, which is very appreciated in our heavily forested area¡
