Not hard to use, poor quality drip pan part.

the oven in itself cooks well. However, the drip pan is a miserable pan that does not come clean, oxidizes and I am very skeptical about using it. I tried finding a better quality replacement to no avail.

It seems easy to use but some type of instructions or recipes would be handy instead of trying to see what works...and doesn't. It's a learning process.
