I bought an Atom 2 which did not fit my needs so I called and got Rene who was very helpful to send mine back in exchange for the Atom X.

Jourdan was great. He answered all my questions & helped me with my current difficulties. I was not liking my new hearing aids but Jourdan helped me to understand them better & explained my problems. I had my list & he went over everything with me. So we’ll see how I do & I’m to let him know.
