I got this hearing aid a week ago. Talking with Al helped me so much to understand how a hearing aid works with the brain. Al was very pleasant to work with and did a very good job.

I upgraded to an Audien Ion Pro and am so happy with this upgrade . It is easier to use and I like that it can connect to Bluetooth.
