Best Advance to Date in Hearing Aids

I had the plain Atom hearing aid before and just bought the Atom X.I'm using it for about 2 weeks and it's terrific.You don't have to look for little buttons to make adjustments to use.Now if you can make one eliminating the ear domes and wax guards you would have the holy grail of hearing aids.

defective device, awaiting replacement

The hearing aids worked well when I first got them, but within a few days the battery of the device in my left ear would be depleted after about an hour of use and shut off. This happened repeatedly so I called Audien support, which doesn’t answer immediately, you leave a message and they call back within a day, which doesn’t always work well for people who have other things to do besides waiting for a call back on a random date and time. They have agreed to replace the hearing aid and I am awaiting the shipment now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been wearing the Atom X for 2 weeks, and it helps with conversations, TV, and crowds. Definitely a great value to improve my moderate hearing loss.

Well unfortunately my hearing aids have a technical issue and have to be replaced. I thought this was going to be a long hard process to get done but Jourdan listened to me and quickly agreed there is a problem. He immediately started working on a return for my hearing aids. In just a few minutes he had everything he needed and now I have a new pair which he said will be personally checked by someone there before they are shipped out, which is great so that way, I will know when they get here I should be set and ready to go to finish the onboarding process to make sure I have them set up the best way possible for me. Thank you.
