New Atom X

I've recently purchased the Atom X to replace the Atom Pro 2 that I'd originally purchased for my mother as the Atom X offers much easier operation controls for her. The Atom X has proven to be a great choice.

Didn't work for me

I purchased the Atom One X and unfortunately it didn't work for me. My ear canals are too small to achieve a comfortable fit. The quality of sound was excellent however the case did not perform as advertised. The support specialist did a fantastic job in helping me process my return. 5 stars for the support specialist. On

Great Advancement in Technology

I like the Atom x so far, after decades of wearing the over-the-ear hearing aids, this is a welcome change. The Atom X desperately needs an app! I often times do not have a pocket for the charger and I'm concerned that I'm going to lose it!

I thought he was a little short with me, I know it was hard to understand my problem so I can’t exactly blame him totally. After he had me turn on and
Off, he asked me to place then back in my ears which I asked him to hold on and he hung up. I waited 10 minutes but he never called back.
