Al,the hearing specialist that I dealt with was unbelievably helpful! He took the time to explain in detail everything what I should expect to take place with my new hearing aids. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his assistance. Very professional and spoke with great clarity. I appreciate that!

Al was wonderful and very helpful. He was professional yet kind and patient. He provided excellent instruction that makes my hearing aids so much better! I'm very grateful! He knows hearing aids very well and has clearly acquired a great deal of information that was very helpful.

Jourdan worked with me until we finally got one ear fitted properly. He showed me several ways to assist in getting the right fit without the feedback. He also showed me alternatives in case we could not get the "in ear" working. I am trying another week to see if it all comes together.
