The help received from Drey was great! He was extremely informative and very patient with me. He took the time to visually show me what do do along with verbal instruction. I applaud his training!

Just received and started using them. So far they make a world of difference! Once I get used to them as a first time hearing aid user, I'm feel certain that I will LOVE them.

Easy to adjust and use

Today we tried the hearing aides I purchased for my son. The video appointment was a tremendous help getting him started. So far everything seems right on track for Scott to hear things clearly again. I hope this solves his hearing issues.
