I’m returning mine as they don’t fit into my ears. I called and spoke to David who was so pleasant and helpful. He is in the process of getting my return label. I really appreciated him being so understanding

Defective product

My Atom 2 came defective. One of them will not hold a charge. My hearing aid specialist Rokka was very helpful though. I'm not very happy I have to return both hearing aids and wait for you to receive them to get a replacement, but the one works well, so as long as both new ones work, I will be happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
