I love Audien. As a sports loving grandma, I can wear my sunglasses with the in the ear Audien heating aids to attend games outside and see and hear. Love the price, the quick delivery and the quality of the products

A Fair Resolution to Problem

I had a somewhat unusual situation with an order for hearing aids. The problem didn't seem to fit the options presented on the help site. I was soon connected with an agent who patiently heard me out. I was asked a couple questions to which the answers seemed to clarify what I said. The agent then told me she understood my problem and offered solutions that were very fair to me and of course acceptable. She deserves an A+.

I like that they are small and don’t have wires .

Sometimes I need them and often I don’t but when I do they are great. I have vision problems since cateract surgery and can’t see the adjustment area. A friend can help me. Meanwhile I manage ok.
