I bought this mth for my dad and he loved them but they wouldnt stay charged and he isnt able to answer a phone and there would be alot of frequency noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hearing aids and Headsets

I contacted Audien about using a headset for work while using the hearing aids. I was getting a lot of feedback and I was ready to send them back. Travis explained where the microphone is located and suggested that I make sure the headset was not touching it. This suggestion worked.

Ezz was extremely helpful in helping me set up my ion pro 2 to pair it to my phone and showing all my options both on the phone and on the device. Ezx personality was pleasant and friendly which made my experience very comfortable
