I like the product because its small, the hearing receiver is directly in the ear and it is rechargeable.

My Audien Hearing Specialist, Rokka Yumiko Ruiz, was great. She listened to my concern and helped me solve the problem. She also answered all of my questions. I was able to get everything taken care of with out any problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m very happy with the hearing aids. They are comfortable to wear. The sound is mostly normal.
Rokka was fantastic. My set up didn’t go smoothly. She stuck with me. She contacted support and came up with a plan to resolve the issue. My hearing aids are now connected to the app.
