Good features and good support

I've had these only about a week, but I am enjoying being able to hear better. Not used to them yet but I do wear them.

Jourdan was friendly, explained things well and answered my questions satisfactorily. I just received the Atom X and the online meeting was to help me get started using the hearing aids.
