Gannah was an excellent at explaining how to use the hearing aids. She listened and then explained. She also gave me her email in case I had questions later. She was very helpful with sharing the differences of the types of caps and uses of each type.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I actually traded the Atom for the Ion. The Atom did not fit my tiny ears; the Ion, on the other hand, fits MUCH better and I've gotten to the point where I don't want to go without them.

Split bells are working!

Can finally hear again with my Ion Pro 2 hearing aids! Rokko had me switch to the split bell shaped domes and so far they are staying in. She helped me find the right hearing tones and sounds are much clearer. Thank you!
