I’ve been wearing these on and off over a month now. I still have problems with squelching that I’m trying to handle. After my appointment today with AJ, she’s sending me a new size dome to see if that helps. They are fairly comfortable my right one gives me no problems at all but left one is a ton of different story but we’re working on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am extremely pleased with the professional and very friendly service Mohamed provided for me during our video chat. His expertise made the process of setting up, adjusting, and maintenance simple, and I very much appreciate the extra support since this is my first pair of hearing aids.

I bought these back in November and was having a problem with one of them, I called service
and got with a wonderful person named Catherine with a C. She walked me thru repairs and
together we solved the problem, great work Catherine. I am back to hearing my wife again.
