Can be used in either ear.

I bought the Atom one and really like the fact I can use either one in either ear. I use one in my left ear, which is my bad ear in the morning before using my prescription hearing aids. With both in my ears the external sounds are too jarring. Like putting down a cup on a counter. I would recommend them.

Very helpful in explaining that my husband needed a different hearing aid that would be easier for him to use. He helped me in return the ones we had and he ordered the new ones for him. He was very patient with us when we had no clue how to use the hearing aids.
