I haven’t used my hearing aids yet. I was hospitalized twice in October & December and I’m still recuperating. So I just haven’t been able to take care of doing it.

had trouble keeping in my ears for very long without hurting. Sound direction was a problem also.
Did get good help from people that I talked to about returning thr hearing aids. Very helpful and courteous.

The Ion pro 2 has great features

I purchased the Ion pro 2 so far the are working fine plus I really like the way I can adjust my hearing aids with my phone.

I can’t believe the hearing aids are so efficient AND economical. The support team is invaluable, too. For even the smallest issue or question there’s an immediate response. I’m really grateful!
