I bought this hoping that I could hear soft speaking people at the table I sit with. I am in a Senior Living Center and many are hard of hearing, but talk so softly. I can't hear everything that they say.

Audien In Ear vs Behind Ear Adventure.

Presently trying Atom X in process of trying ION PRO 2. Found in the ear are acceptable but Catherine from Audien believes in my case behind the ear hearing aides will suit my individual needs much better. Looking to try the New Hearing Aides and will update review accordingly. I can't stress the knowledge Catherine was capable of providing me. Five Stars to her, thanks. More to come as my new adventure continues.

I am reviewing my conversations with both Alex Jover, the Audien Hearing Specilist and David (I didn't get his last name). Thank you to both of them for guiding me through the return process. I have to return the hearing aids because there is a medical reason why they did not work for me
