My hearing is “borderline” and across most frequencies, so the OTC Audien was a good choice for me.
It is very difficult (impossible?) to fit the cone-shaped cups onto the hearing aid stubs.
Technical Rep Vince Venus was very helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for the assistance! I went back to the main page and clicked Bluetooth off and alls well. I love my AtomX. First time in my ears , I heard the dogs nails clicking on the floor downstairs when she was walking around in the kitchen, and I was upstairs! I should have had these as a teacher. There would be no more whispering that I couldn’t hear!🤣

Love the control/charging case

I bought this hearing aid because of the case that enables me to adjust it without having to press buttons on the aids themselves.
