He was polite and spoke very clearly. I could understand what he was saying. With having a hearing problem, it's sometimes hard to understand people with accents. I hope when I call back that I will get Zack to help me again.

Easy to use and no need for blue tooth.

I bought these hearing aids a few weeks ago and I’ve worn them since I got them. What a wonderful difference it’s made for me! They’re so easy to use and I’m not computer savvy at all. I can hear so well now.

It took some pressure, but he agreed that my Atom X combo was not working. I will receivea replacement.

Loud noises

Bought a few months ago and getting loud ringing he explained it’s the antenna. Hope I can get used to wearing them otherwise they do me no good
