Atom X good video call

This call was about the second pair of Atom X that failed. Rokka was very helpful and due to her help, I took the option to try a third pair of Atom X

Improves hearing

I am just getting started learning about the Audien Ion Pro but have found that it greatly improves my hearing when using. They are comfortable and seem to be easy to control the more I find out about all the customizing. Ty was a great help today with a personal on-line consultation reviewing the features.

Great on boarding session

I received my hearing aids about 1 1/2 weeks ago & have been testing them out gradually. I had several questions & concerns, fortunately Vena was very receptive & gracious to answer the questions, offer advice, & guide me through the capability of the aids.
She was a pleasure to work with & suggested I contact her anytime for additional help.
