Jourdan did a great job working with my mother-in-law to help her understand the features of the hearing aid she has and also the over the ear hearing aid that we are considering.

Rokka Yumko Ruiz gets 5 stars for being amazingly helpful and understanding!
I did not like the Atom 1 aids because they were too big and did not fit in my ear canals. They constantly fell out of my ears. I could not hear on the phone with them on and music sounded tinny.
I am returning them for behind-the-ear aids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
