I bought this for my dad, and although he wasn't open to them and I had to return, the process was easy and smooth and they were really nice. Only suggestion would be there are SO many marketing emails as soon as you purchase it, and I'm glad I got them instead of my dad in this case cause he would have HATED those. Maybe tone those down in the future if your demographic is an older crowd.

So in love with these hearing devices! The On-board done with Vincente Venus was fantastic. I had no difficulty with the adjustments or use. Well worth the money. I have missed out on so much of what was said in movies and on TV. Then when macular degeneration reared its ugly head, I could not read the closed captions well. Thank you Audient, thank you Vincente!

I bought the atom pro 2 hearing aids for my husband over a month ago. Zack was a big help in helping me out with the issue. We ended up exchanging them for some that will work for him. Thank you Zack for your amazing service.
