Feah, was absolutely wonderful in explaining the start up and what to expect of my pair of Audien Atom 2 hearing aids. Looking forward to not saying the word “huh” again!

Gannah was very attentive, compassionate and helpful. She listened to my story of the struggles we were having with finding a good hearing solution for our elderly aunt and offered a better solution than what we were dealing with. She did her job very well. Thank you!

Audien set-up experience

She did a good job walking me through the steps. However the Atom 1 was giving a lot of feedback which we couldn't solve. She upgraded me to the Atom 2 without charge. Waiting for those and we'll see how they function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the price, it is a pretty good investment. It does require some adjustments to get comfortable but that is to be expected with this kind of a device.

I also complemented him on his quick response to my problem thats one of the reasons I own audien hearing aids
