too early to comment...should have had this appt with hearing specialist right away..appt took about 10 days and would have been very helpful as this was first time trying an aid..the specialist was very helpful

I'm not the easiest person to conversate with on the phone & Rokka has the patience to allow my confused ramblings to continue until I realized she was already knowing what I was wanting & I was where I wanted to be with her.... She made it easy...

I bought the AtomX hearing aids online and even though they work great I am unable to tolerate the occlusion effect. I called Audien and Zack kindly assisted me with an easy exchange for the Ion Pro 2. I wish other companies had such courteous service people!

Cyril, was wonderful! Cyril was so nice! It turned.into a hilarious ph call. I said I returned all my equipment, the necklace was to heavy, you sent me a lighter neckless He was confused & so was I! I thot I was talking to Medical Alert. Best call ever.. Lol
