David the Rep was polite and listened to why I was unable to fit plugs into my ear. So being very cooperative he will send me even smaller ear plugs to see if they help

So far so good

Bought these about a month ago and was kind of in between on being totaly happy and having some doubts. After the video call all with the audiologist my issues were cleared up and I am looking forward to using my new aids every day.

Good & Easier to use features

My husband purchased Ion Prop 2 as an upgrade from basic in the ear hearing aid.
It is much easier to operate, the batteries last longer, less squealing noise.

Great hearing aids

I got the hearing aids for my husband and he’s doing extremely well with them. He has a cognitive disorder and I took instructions from the agent. He was very through and easy to follow the instructions or answer the questions so my husband could understand. I’d recommend! The hearing aids are great!
