David was extremely helpful in helping me with the return of the hearing aids. He was patient making sure I had all the information I needed. I am hard of hearing which always presents a priblem using the phone.The return system Audien usees is a little difficult to understsnd, However David was able to provid the information I needed. The return is now on its way to Audien

A pleasant experience

These were purchased as a replacement for a very expensive prescription hearing aid that I lost. So far it has been a pleasant experience and the onboarding process was easy. The mobile app will make it easy to fine tune the hearing aids without having to make an appointment with my specialist like I had to do before. Much more convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Jordan was helpful with my return after he gave the usual sales pitch to try an behind ear device which I have tried previously and it did not work for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the Audien ION Pro 2 OTC Hearing Aids and have been wearing for two weeks about
16 hours a day. Extremely happy with my purchase. Was easy to setup and understand from the start. Had a web meeting with Vicente Venus ( Audien Hearing Specialist) who went through the complete setup and use of the hearing aids. Answered all my questions and was very profesional and polite. Highly recomend these OTC hearing aids.
