I have been trying to return these hearing aids by getting an address label from someone since December 14th. David was the only one who was able to do this for me! I have the label now & will be returning these hearing aids ASAP. Thank you, David!

Worked great then stopped working

I purchased this in June of 2025. Today 1/5/26 I spoke w/Nicolo who was fantastic. Everything he explained to me was so much help. He immediately sent me a return lable and an order for replacements. Thank you so much Nicolo. I'm packaging up the product and will be sending it back tomorrow. William E
