These are my first hearing aids. I did a lot of online research before settling on the Audien Atom X, including talking with relatives who are presently using hearing aids. I decided to give the Atom X atry. They were on sale over Black Friday at a reasonable price, making the decision to try them easier (also, they do have a 45-day trial). I really like the carrying case concept and design that allows for control, charging and cleaning of the hearing aids. I found a comfortable pair of earbuds, and I was all set. They do take some getting used to. But the included online "onboarding" session with "Vince" really helped answer my questions and improve my experience. All said, these make hearing in a social setting and watching TV better for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and user friendly

My husband and I just had our onboarding with Ezz, our hearing specialist. As soon as my husband put the hearing aids on, I noticed that he didn't have to keep looking at me to tell him what Ezz said. We are both excited that the ION Pro2 is making a positive difference for us already.
